On the left, under the "People" tab, you will see a list of all your coworkers:
One section of that list is "Departments". If you click on the word Departments, you will be taken to the Departments tab within the "Company" page. This screen only allows you to see an overview of all of the departments you are a part of, or have access to.
If you would like to see more info about your department or create an action, click on the name of the department itself, in this case "UI/UX Designers". From there, you will be able to see four tabs. The first is "Overview" which gives you a searchable repository of all members of the department:
Next is "Meeting" in which you can see all upcoming department-wide meetings and their agendas:
Next is "Tasks," where you can see all tasks associated with the department. Ensure that the Department button is set to your department when viewing this. For example, since Olivia is part of the UI/UX Designers Department, she must make sure the search bar is set to "UI/UX Designers" under Department.
Finally is "Goals," where you can see all goals associated with the department. Ensure that the Department button is set to your department when viewing this. For example, since Olivia is part of the UI/UX Designers Department, she must make sure the search bar is set to "UI/UX Designers" under Type.
