To create a Team, navigate to "Admin" on the left side panel, then to "Teams", which is under people. Click the "Create Team" button on the upper right hand side of the "Teams" page.
This will take you to a page titled "Create Team," where you can enter your Team name and a description.
By clicking "Create Team" in the lower right hand corner, your Team will then be displayed on the Teams page.
To edit a Team, click the gear icon on the far right of the Team bar, and select the "Edit" option from the dropbox.
That will take you to a page titled "Edit Team," where you can edit your Team and save any changes.
To edit the team head, click the gear icon on the far right of the Team bar, and select the "Set Team Lead" option from the dropbox.
It'll take you to a pop-up window that looks like this:
