To edit an employee's page, navigate to the side panel to the "Admin" tab. Go to "Employees," which is under "People."
Then, click the three dots on the far right after their profile bar.
Select the "edit profile" option. That will take you to a page that looks like this:
To assign the employee to a department, scroll down to the "Department," bar. Click on it,
and type in their department.
To assign an employee a manager, scroll down to the "Manager" bar. Type in the manager's name.
When you have chosen the manager, it will look like this:
To add an employee's job title, click the "Add Job Title" on the lower right hand corner. A box that looks like this will pop up:
Here, you can fill in the employee's job title, their start and end date, department, manager, currency, salary, country, job description, and indicate if they're currently working for your company. You can also use Coplae's AI to help you write the job description if needed.
Coplae allows you to see your employee's work history, which allows you to gain insights into their past professional experiences, skills, and accomplishments. It also allows Admin to track an employee's salary, which will help you to know if and when a raise or promotion is needed.
