How to Get to the Feedback Tab

When you click on "My Profile," the "Feedback" button is the fourth tab on the right of the header.

By clicking on the "Feedback" button, you'll be taken to the Feedback page, which looks like this: 

Here, you can see feedback you've received, feedback you've given, requests you've given, and requests received.
