The Coplae meeting feature gives users the ability to schedule meetings, plan meeting agendas, and record action items discussed during meetings.
In order to schedule a meeting, you first have to create a 1:1 relationship between you and your coworker, also known as a skip level, by clicking "Set up new 1:1" on the left side panel.
Suppose Olivia wants to meet with Emmitt. Clicking "Set up new 1:1" will open up a popup where you can search for Emmitt.
Once you click the save button, Emmitt's name will now appear in your secondary navigation bar as a skip level.
If you want to create a date and a time for a specific meeting, you can click on Emmitt's name.
In the popup you can enter the date, time, and location of the next meeting between Emmitt and you. You can also indicate other guests, add an agenda template, and choose if it's an instant or recurring meeting.
Now, the meeting is created. You can add agenda items, action items, and write shared notes.
To add private notes, scroll down to the bottom and click "Add private notes." This will create a new notes tab that's only visible to you.
