Bonuses are typically additional financial rewards given to employees based on their performance, achievements, or the company's overall success. The specific details of how bonuses are determined and distributed can vary between organizations.

To calculate bonuses, navigate to the "Admin" tab on the side panel. Go to "Calculation" which is under "Bonus."

Use the embedded Google Sheets to calculate bonuses, based on an employee's assessments, job level, current salary, and hire date.
