To find "Meeting Guidance," navigate to "Admin" on the left navigation bar and then down to "Meeting Guidance," which is under "Meetings." This section includes a guidance document to help managers and employees understand the purpose of meetings and their respective roles in meetings.
Admins can edit the Meeting Guidance for skip levels, direct reports, and team meetings by clicking into the textbox and editing the text directly. A skip level is any coworker of yours who is not your manager or direct report. Remember to save your work with the blue Save button on the bottom left:
