Company Context

To set up Coplae's AI Assistant, navigate to the "Admin" tab on the side panel. Go to "Company Context," which is under "AI Assistant."

From there, you have two options as to how the AI will get company information. The first option, if checked off, will allow the bot to scrape the company website for information. It will pull the website from the Company Profile page.

The second option, if checked off, allows the Admin to upload a PDF with more sensitive information not found on the company website so that the bot can pull information from that. To upload a PDF, check off "Generate company context from pdf." Use the "Browse" button that pops up to upload a PDF directly into Coplae.

Press the blue button that says "Generate Company Context" to allow the bot to scrape the website and/or PDF. The green text saying "Context generated successfully!" will let you know when the bot is finished.
