To create a survey, navigate to "Admin" on the left side panel, then to "Create Survey" which is under "Surveys."
The top navigation bar allows you to set visibility, start and end date, and anonymity. It also allows you to save your survey when you're finished or reset it.
The main survey creation space has two tabs: Design and Preview. Design allows you to build your survey while Preview allows you to view it in real time as you create it.
The left side of the Design tab houses all the possible question options. Simply drag a question from the left or press the "Add Question" button. The three dots on the right of that button allows you to choose what type of question you want to add.
Here is what the Preview tab looks like:
Fill in the required fields for each question and use the row of dots on top of the question box to rearrange the questions in a sequence you prefer. The bottom of each question box allows you to change the type of question, mark the question as required, duplicate, delete, and choose what type of input responders can add to the answer.
Save your survey once you finish.
