Once you've received your Coplae invite from your manager and made an account (see Login via Company Invite Email), then you're ready to set up your account!
First, navigate to Coplae Settings on the bottom left of your page, where your initials are displayed. Click on your initials, then select "Manage Settings." From there, you can fill in your profile, education, skill, and manage your account.
Then, navigate to the Company Settings on the bottom left of your page.
Fill in your information and sync your calendar using the blue button on the right.
Third, familiarize yourself with Coplae by adding goals for yourself and/or checking if your manager has added goals for you. You can view department goals, set up meetings, add skip levels, get familiar with the company organizational structure.
